What your butler does
One email every morning, with your whole day in it.
- Everyone’s day, side by side. It reads your family calendars and says who has what, and who needs to prepare for what.
- Your to-dos and shopping list. It keeps them in Apple Reminders, on every phone in the house.
- Where the money stands. Daily spending against your plan, bills that are coming, and nothing mixed up.
- The next step on family projects. A school application, a renovation, a visa: always the one thing to do next.
- You reply to change things. “Add milk to shopping.” “Dentist for Mia on Thursday at 10.” It confirms within minutes.
On Sundays it writes a weekly letter. On the 1st, a look back at the month.

Scared of tech?
Good. This course was made for you.
Claude does the typing
You copy one sentence from the lesson. Claude, the AI assistant, runs the commands and explains what it’s doing as it goes.
Nothing happens without your yes
Claude asks before it changes anything. Your butler never sends an email until you say so.
Your data stays home
Your butler lives on your own Mac. We never see your calendar, your money or your family’s details.
Help at every step
Each lesson shows you how to check it worked, and what to do if it didn’t. Stuck? Tell us in one click.
What you’ll learn
You’ll understand AI by building something real.
Every lesson has an “AI idea” box. Each one explains a design decision in your butler and the AI lesson behind it. By the end, you’ll know more about using AI safely than most people who use it every day.
- Why your butler never lets the AI do the sumsAI models write beautifully and add up badly. Butler gives every calculation to ordinary code.
- How to ask an AI wellPlain words, one job at a time, and "explain before you do it".
- What an AI agent is, and why it asks permissionAn agent can act on your computer. You stay in charge of every yes.
- Why a stranger’s email can’t give your butler ordersA real attack called prompt injection, explained over breakfast.
- What should never be sent to an AIPassport numbers, passwords and bank logins stay on your Mac.
- How an AI gets better from your feedbackYou reply "less sport, please" and your butler learns.
The honest bit
The course is free. Running a butler isn’t.
You’ll need a paid Claude plan, a small monthly budget for your butler’s AI (you set a hard limit), a Lunch Money subscription for the money features, and a Mac that stays on. We list every cost up front, before you start.
